*Create an ATV trail system that extends the current trail system

from the Keweenaw Point to Houghton County.

 

*Connect all municipalities and spurs to accomodate Keweenaw and

Houghton Counties to cover a full ATV trail system.

*Work within the guidelines and regulations of the Department of Natural Resources in their administration of the

Off-Road Vehicle trail program to maintain a statewide motorized trail system for public enjoyment.

*Develop certified instructors to provide training for "Youth Safety Programs".

*Aid and assist the existing system of Search and Rescue to be structured throughout both counties.
